Hello everyone. This is a note to my regular readers and monthly subscribers:
I’m having an operation tomorrow, and I’ve been told I may need to rest for a number of weeks afterwards. So there may be less activity on this website and on my YouTube channel over the next month or so.
There are two possible procedures that the surgeon may carry out, and one means a quicker recovery than the other, but it is not possible to tell which I will have until tomorrow. Fingers crossed that I’m up and about quickly.
Christopher
Praying for the best possible outcome, my friend. I’ll keep you in my heart. Sending love and healing energy your way. β€

Thank you so much. Nothing too serious, just something I need doing now I’m getting on a bit π. It may be rather uncomfortable after!

All available digits crossed for a successful procedure and a speedy recovery! This is just a cunning plan to get out of the early spring gardening, right?

I hope all goes well today. Resting isn’t as much fun as you’d think.

Thank you. The procedure seems to have gone well. In hospital until Thursday (hopefully not longer), then it’s select dishes from Richard II’s Fourme of Cury for 3 to 4 weeks π. Plenty of Powder Douce!
