New video: Cormarye & Benes Yfryed

It’s the final video in my series Easy Medieval Food!

This time there are two dishes, spiced and marinated pork loins (Cormarye) and garlicky beans spiced with powder douce (Benes Yfryed). These make a really tasty dinner, especially with the addition of my medieval gravy, made from the meat juices;and all are easy to make, especially the bean dish.

The printable recipe is available for Premium Content subscribers, or at Buy Me A Coffee.
